moral of the story.. i'm so jeles at her coz i'm a bit kering rite now..still using my own scolarship not pa n ma bank..but i'm afraid if i dont get my jpa soon,im gonna end up using 'pa n ma'..i wonder where all my money gone..i'm not a shopaholic like dulu2..it been a while since we go shopping i think..i mean a true shopping..hehe..n i didnt go on vacation..but still sengkeng..

i think i spent a lot at food..seriously..i eat a lot lately..i feel hungry all the time..n my mouth cant stop mengunyah..for me i think it's okay to spent money on food rather than other thing..but some people there are so berkira n kedekut..they only eat at certain restaurant because it cheap eventhough x sedap..n they even bising kalo krm mknn kat org n mknn tu mhl(bese je tp more than their expectation)..just dont understand this kind of people..saving n kedekut is 2 different thing ok..saving is good..but sometimes nak gak mkn sedap2..skl sekale..rasenye x slh..nak watpen berkire..nk isi perut sendiri gak maa...hahaha..no offense ok..this is just my opinion..

i just wish to receive my scholarship soon..$$$$$$$

ABNORMAL

this is my 2nd week in besut for my distric posting a.k.a family and community medicine posting..i love besut so much..i mean i really feel like home here..coz we can cook what ever food we want to eat..surronded by people u love..betul2 cm zmn hostel dolo2..bgn pagi mengokol sejuk nk mati..best giler..i want to be here longer can i??huhu..tomorrow we have to go back to usm..so boring plus xde air..bosan bergande2..*sigh*

today we go to the lab in KK besut..to fullfileed our log book 'terchenta'..the staf was really kind (in fact all their staf are frenly and kind, not like Usm..no offense)..he explain everything and let us do the test and blood taking..as one of our requirement, we have to attach an abnormal result for urine and blood test..we have manage to get one pt with positive finding..n the staf help us print the result for each one of us..hehe..but we dont get any abnormal blood result..

unfortunately n suddenly i've become the pt..they decide to took my blood n my best buddy sya did it coz usually i'm a bit anemic..seb bek dpt..huhu..n bende yg jrg2 berlaku, i wish i'm anemic that time vs i wish i'm normal everytime i want to donate my blood..2 diffrent wishes..haha..n happy to say my Hb level is below normal=ABNORMAL..konon2 nye..for the sake of log book bangang i'm willingly give my hand to be poke..being in medical school make me done a lot of crazy n stupid thing.. a thing that u never thought before..

n beside my ABNORMAL blood test result, we've been suprised my another ABNORMAL result..this evening, we observe a stafnurse did the rapid HIV test..so cm bese we just stand there watching n be a good observer..huhu..n there's one couple who had been married in Thai n decide to 'remarried' here legally..the husband is IVDU and on methadone prog for almost 1 year if i'm not mistaken..prior to the test the couple seem nervous especially the wife since their knew the risk..the husband had done the test 3 times and pass all the test including this time..which mean he is negative.. for the moment..n when it comes to the wife, i saw a 2 lines in the kit..but i'm not really sure what it mean..i know 1 line is negative..n 2 lines is postitive..but the moment i saw it i was like..does positive really loke like that..i'm speechless at that time esp when i saw the nurse's face..

n it was a positive result..the step: if the screning turn to be positive u have to repeat the test by ELISA to confirm the result..positive screening can be false positive,however the rapid HIV test is 95% accurate..it is kind of weird how come the husband who is IVDU is negative n turn to be the wife is +ve..it can happen..anything is possible..kete pun bleh jth dlm KB mall..so anything is possible..i'm not going to judge..but the thing is i cant stop myself to think..how would u feel if the wife is u..i keep thinking about how their future might be..coz the pt is pregnant right now..how's the baby..the family members reaction..the community stigma..i just cannot imagine..i try to confort the pt but instead my eyes is bergenang..sebak..it make me realize that life is too short..one second u were normal n the next second u were told to be ABNORMAL..

BORING..

just a few days before we have an anaes exam which mean the end of boredness...haha..
no offense..i just dont feel 'into' anaes..even there are alot to learn.. i just cant enjoy it..for me i think it is a boring posting..sorry to said..huhu..

i miss A&E so so much.. i miss the environment..the enthusiastic to learn..the very,very good doctors..the kind nurses n MA.. i miss everything..seriously..i have never been so exciting n x nak blk during oncall except A&E..i can stand for 8-9 hours in that super cold room..coz i love it..huh..i miss it..=(

walaupun sdh sbb stiap kl besday je mst esk tu exam..so x leh nk wat pijama party..huhu..nway ni adelah gamba kejadian pd hr itu..hrp terhibur..sekian..hahahaha...

last weekend is really full with open house n jamuan raye..so really full my stomach with free stuff..hehe..best sgt..n also we have a WORLD HEART DAY here..we r just a volunter..i'll upload the photo of that later..not in mood rite now..

finally it come out..n i feel what i feel during my 1st year on 1st exam..it hard to say..i dont know what i feel..sometimes i think i'm ok but sometimes i feel really sad n stupid..feeling really down..it is not something that i'm not expected..but somehow u r still hoping that u gonna make it..but i think it serve me right..i'm too lazy,too lepak,not study hard..it was my fault not ohthers..n dont blaming others for ur failure..sometimes u need failure in order to success..learn from mistake..jgn leke lagi..it is not time to play anymore..

i have exam ortho 2morrow..i hope this time i'm gonna make it..
i dont want to be a A student..i just to be a passed student..=)

tggl 8 hr je before syawal and end of ramadhan..everybody are busy preparing baju raya,kuih raye,n macam2 lg la..also this is last weekend before raye next week..n today me,nurul and alia went to kb..yeyea..hehe..we went at early morning around 9 am..early for me..huhu..but at time we arrive at kb parking was already almost full and jln da stat byk kete..seb bek dpt parking yg kr dkt gak..so berbaloi bgn awal..haha..

first destination was pasar siti khadijah..at that time only few gerai had already open..most of them was not yet open..better for me..coz to many kedai too many choice and too pening..haha..x pusing sgt pun..ktorg just bli2 pe yg ptt jer..i just bought the thing that mama order..bese la keropok,beras pulut..huhu..n nothing for myself..

2nd destination of course parkson..ops KB trade center ok..huhu..that was my first time went there..ketinggalan skt la..huhu..dr luar nmpk cm besa n tinggi.. tp ble msk dlm xde la besa sgt..parkson 3 tgkt jer..just window shoping..nothing cought my eyes n my money..haha..tp manusia giler ramai..esp dkt verns,oasis smpai nurul kt "sape cpt die dpt ke ni"..huhu..srnk lak tgk gelagat org..so basically xde hasil la..usha2 jer..

we not stop there..last one is of course, KB mall..huhu..as expected..it was also crowded with people..the aims was actually to survey for handbag OR sandle..tp dua2 x dpt..dpt bnd len.. i bought 1 long blouse for this raye..since mama just smpt jht 1 bj krg jer..xpe la ma..huhu..n know what we meet with remy ishak and diana danielle..actually we saw them in front of BATA from 2 nd floor..hehe..they all ade prog pe ntah for anak yatim i guess..n nurul ckp diorg duta bata..ye kot..n we had took pic of them..nnt la upload..tgh mls sgt ni..n around 2 o clock we back to usm..

actually xde la sakan pun shoping..tp sakan berjalan..smpai 3 tmpt..tggl tesco jer x g..huhu..n after tdo dgn sgt best kt blk..ptg plak ktorg kuar buke..plan A nk buke kt sue tomyam..tp da fully booked..so ktorg pun ngan xde plan B pun heading to Lazat Mesra..tp tutup plak..so terpaksa la buker kt Jimi Cafe jer..tp ok la..just not many choices of food..so esk nk buker mn plak???shr x lg da pkr buke..hahaha..

BERJAYE!!

Finally after one year..i'm able to donate my blood..what a long time ha..last 2 days blood bank had organised mega blood donation at dewan utama..so as preparation..i have took iron tablet since before puasa to make sure that my HB level is adequate..semangat x??huhu..n finally i pass the 'scary part'- to check HB level..this is my 6th times donating my blood..and A LOT of failed attempt..i'm always had a problems every time to donate because of my low HB..n always frustrated esp when other fren pass..n i always be 'peneman' sya every time she donate her blood..teman tgk n teman mkn telur..hahah..sedey tau..people like me only will understand how i feel..huhu

but this time, i passed..hehe..although my HB is only 12.2 g/dl compare to sya 14.9g/dl..as long as i'm pass i'm happy..hehe..n another thing is i won a lucky draw..lucky 140..i won a towel..actually my aim was a toaster tp x pe la..huhu..i hope a can donate again another 3 month from now..but before that i have to take my iron..huhu..a hate taking iron actually coz it made me constipation and black stool..haha..

ape syoknye derma darah??syok giler..i cant describe the feeling but it make u feel a big satisfaction..my mom always scold me when she know i donate my blood..coz she said that my hb is low n only enough for myself..mak2 bese la..haha.. but for me this is the way i can help other people who need..i may not rich to donate hundred or thousand of money..but i hope 1pack of my blood may help other people who really2 need..

i'm a universal doner..hehe..

em this is 4 th day in hkb..it was so tired day for me..n i think for everyone else also..we have to catch bus 730 in the morning..da la pakcik bas sharp giler..every time i got into the bus, all i know i want to sleep..even just for a few minute.. n i slept without failed..hahaha..

since 4th year.. i hate going to hkb..because it was so tired..plus this is fasting month..so it is double tired..huhu..like today we have class until 12.30..everyone was so sleepy in the class..just after the class end we were rushing to the surau..sbb nk tido..klakar plak igt blk..everyone amik port msg2 n slept..hahaha..

i just dont understand why prev subgroup said 'best giler kat hkb',rase cm x nk tkr je ngan korg' and so on..i try to search keseronokannye..but i think i rather be in husm than hkb..it is true the surgeon there are willingly to teach us..they all like to teach..but usm doc is also good what..huhu..but there only best part is i can get juadah berbuke yg best n byk choice at bazar..tu la yg plg best..hehehe..i week more to go..chaiyuk..

em tomorrow is my end posting exam..short case at the morning and meq in the evening..as u know my knowledge is very2 ciput coz i'm so 'rajin' to study..huhu..n now i have fever+sore throat + headache..give me a lot of time to sleep..huhu..my mom already bising2 coz i dont go to clinic..she worried about H1N1 cases nowadays..hahaha..

COMPLETE TREATMENT

i've my dental appointment last thursday..with my loyal dentist in future..huhu..she did filling to me..n that was the last filling for time being..huhu..n since it was just a small filling n she still had time..she did scaling to me..damn..i hate scaling..sakit+banjir+nyilu..byk alasan..da gigi x bersih..hahaha..

n i've completed my treatment for this year..my dentist said she wanted to review my TMJ case next year..i've a bit prob wif my TMJ..i've lock jaw..it is like u cannot close ur mouth when u open it to big..it is lock..huhu..if u want to know further pliz visit my dentist blog k..she know better than me..of course..huhu..luckily i have a got doc..she is very concern wif my condition..she will allow me to rest for some time n bear to do her work wif my small mouth..haha..

i've had a hectic weekend..too tiring+serabut..i felt like a robot..less sleep..more kaffein..

then i went to nurul's room to do my pamplet cfcs kentut for my patient..huhu..br nk wat..cam hampeh kan..argh lantak la..haha..after lepaking with sue n nurul i went to oncall at labour room..that was my 1st time oncall in OnG..in OnG,u have to oncall from 6pm to 6am k..

so since i'm going to spend like 12 hours in labour room..i brought everything like tooth brush+paste,facial foam,small towel,deodorant,compact powder,books,mineral water..(n act there was a lot in my mind..haha)cam nk g jln2 plak..huhu..first few hours was abit boring coz all pt was on early stage..no drama..not interested..haha..em dkt kol9 br kes byk msk+kes yg mmg da nk labour..so we were busy with our pt..some are confidently wanted to conduct n some are confidently want to observe..n of course i'm the 2nd k..hehe..but when it come to stage of fully confident..i'm confidently wanted to conduct the delivery..i monitor the pt from the admission till the end..but i'm so frustrated coz i cannot conduct the delivery..waaaa sedey..doc tu wat x lyn when i say i want to do the cord traction..eiii grm ngan doc tu..huhu..=(..x kre nk grm gak..xpe la..byk lg peluang..(nada sedeh k..huhu..)

saturday..

we were too busy,too excited to conduct till we were not realized it was already 6 am..so cpt2 blk bilik nk tido..actually i'm not sleepy but felt really tired+body ache..standing for too long..i just slept for about 3 hours..coz i've already plan to go to my cfcs pt with farha..since she also wanted to visit her brother at tumpat..so we went together..u know i just ambushed my pt house..em psl pt ni..it is a very2 long story..mls nk cite..yg pntg sereng hendap ktorg berjaye gak..finally i get to meet her n settle some of my prob..some only..coz i still have 2 evidence to be done..very soon..huhu..another my last minute work..well i'm miss last min..huhu..so from bachok to tumpat to kb to tumpat to usm..a very long journey rite..smpi usm kol 630 n got msg from nurul..ajak kuar mkn..since my rent car end at 10pm,we went to tesco after maghrib..eating n shopping settle at 1030..

n now i still bloging..huhu..

i think i'm going to sleep late again tonite coz i've just took another kaffein..i thought i've a presentation tomorrow..n actually it is on monday..penat jer serabut..*sigh*..

last week we went to kl as our rutine xvtv every year..huhu..but it was totally different from prev2 one..this time x ckp korum la..nurul was not around..rindu waktu mude2 dolu2..so sad..huhu..

we took a flight that friday morning..i woke up at 415am ok coz our flight was 645 am..i'm so excited coz that was my 1st time naik flight tau..sian kan..huhu..sya kt my excitedness terserlah..hahaha..what to do..i'm so excitd k..tp x puas la..1 hour only..too short..br nak feel da sampai da..huhu..

so then, we take a monorail to our hotel..after check in, we take a break,pray n took bath..then our first destination was lot10..after psg2 ktorg g pavilion n time square plak..so first day i just got 1 bag for me n movie..nothing much..back to the hotel n collapse..zzzzz

2nd day-we check out aroud 11am..n straightly went to putra to get our ticket..luckily there was still have ticket for us..if not, smbung shopping one more day la..hahaha..then ktorg g our fav shopping mall mid valley..ktorg shopping,mkn,movie n shopping n shopping..huhu..tp x puas la..we a like rushed n not really enjoy our shopping trip this time..rs cam x nk blk lg ms tu..da la kt mid sale like crazy..so what i got for myself was a polo watch(i really need it),a shirt,a gift for him..tu je??skt kan..x puas la..seyes..

em ktorag tgk 2 movie..love matters n seven pounds..both are really interesting movie to watch..love matters is chinesse movie 18PL..only sya n i the only malay watch that time..lantak la..huhu..it is a comedy story but still have a moral value..while seven pounds is slow story..slow smpai terlelap mule2 tu..i keep kaco sya,bcoz i felt really sleepy at first sbb x phm..but then the story line is really interesting n differ from other movies..the story is about someone who sacrifice himself just to help other people..nk tau lg kn g tgk sndiri..a worth movie to watch..seyes..huhu..

time to go home..not home..time to go to usm back..except sya yg blk umah..huhu..

aku pun wat bodo bayar jer 2 ringgit..aku ke die yg ptt bengang..mahal nak mampus..cekik darah..mentang2 la die jer yg bkk..nak wat demanding plak..korg rs logik x 2.50..kalo slalu kt mkn ns+ayam@ ikan+sayur pun br 3 ringgit..ni kan ns ngan pedal jer..eii mmg x ptt..

selalu2 aku wat x kesah jer..tp skang ni duit da nipis kan..kene ksh la..duit jpa ni pun satu hal..ble pkr2 bleh tensen tau..sedih ek idup x de duit ni..menunjuk kan betape pntg duit idup zmn skang ni..JPA, bendahari usm!!!tlong la kesian kat ktorg ni..cpt la masuk duit..arghhhhh.....

last 2 days we went to bp..initial plan was to watch movie but due to some problem,we dont..huh..it been almost 4 month since our last movie..lme kan..so then to pujuk him we went to karoake..at last..die da byk kl sgt ajk tp x pnh gi..so dis time i serrender..hehe..die mst serik nk ajak pasni..huhu..after melalak sejam we went to eat something..n we dicided to eat mee racun which i wanted for long time..mee racun..sound really scary rite..hehehe..it was so delicious n really2 kill me..best sgt..i choose a special one which have chicken and dgg kambing..for those who love to eat kmbing u should try..seriusly..n i think it is only available at johor specifically batu pahat..so u are welcome to batu pahat..hehehe..

em home is equal to rest n relax..no books..no note..so i dont study at all..bgs kan..what i do is melepak kat kedai mama,internet n tv..interesting rite..huhu..i have to go back to usm this nite..n actually i'm rushing rite now to packing n ready..hate this moment so much..i dont want to go back..huhu..=(
